Return and Refund Policy
Claudio & Co Luxe LLC primarily provides business-to-business services for jewelry stores, pawn shops, watch dealers, gold buyers, and luxury resale businesses. The website may also include a small online store with select physical products available for purchase.
Physical Product Returns
For eligible physical products purchased through our online store, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, customers must contact Claudio & Co within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with any included packaging, accessories, documentation, or identifying materials.
Returns may be denied if an item is damaged, altered, worn, used beyond inspection, missing components, or returned in a condition different from how it was delivered.
Customers are responsible for contacting us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds for returned physical products will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Shipping charges, handling charges, and any other non-product costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Service Payments and Deposits
Payments for services, consultations, website work, digital work, SEO work, content work, listing support, online sales support, and related business services are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once service work has been completed, delivered, or substantially performed, payments for that completed work are non-refundable.
Deposits, retainers, setup fees, project payments, or monthly service payments may be non-refundable depending on the work performed, time reserved, resources used, or agreement made between Claudio & Co and the client.
Custom and Digital Work
Custom website work, digital services, SEO work, content creation, product listing work, consulting, strategy, and completed business services are not eligible for a standard product return. Refunds for service-related work are handled only on a case-by-case basis and must be reviewed by Claudio & Co.
